POROBAC is a probiotic of the ۴th generation. This is a multicomponent biologically active feed supplement containing living bacteria Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus
subtilis, Clostridium butyricum.
Bacillus subtilis is a spore-forming bacterium suppressing Gram-positive and
Gram-negative bacteria by means of their competitive displacement, not causing
resistance.
Bacillus licheniformis is a spore-forming bacterium synthesizing vitamins in the
digestive tract, in particular vitamin K, riboflavin, folic acid. Enables maintenance
of acid-base balance in the large intestine and nutrients intake. Stimulates growth
of probiotic microflora and inhibits growth of pathogenic microorganisms, such as
Shigella dysenteriae, restores the intestinal microflora.
Clostridium butyricum is a spore-forming bacterium synthesizing a large number of
short-chain fatty acids, especially the N-oleic acid, which in turn has antimicrobial
effect on Gram-negative bacteria, in particular on Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp.,
Clostridium perfringens.
The symbiosis of all bacteria listed above allows not only improvement of the
intestine microflora, but also significant reduction of the risk of bacterial diseases
due to natural displacement of potentially pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli,
Salmonella sp., Clostridium perfringens) stimulating growth of lactic acid bacteria.
POROBAC enables slowing down transit of food masses through the digestive
tract, thereby creating conditions for full nutrients intake. Moreover, the excipients
prolong digestion and enable increase in the feed conversion.
