1 g of the drug contains:
maduramicin ammonium 9 mg
diclazuril 2 mg
Dosage:
The drug is fed to poultry with feed in a dose of 500 g of the drug per 1 t of feed
(0.5 g of the drug per 1 kg of feed).
MADURO PLUS is thoroughly mixed with feed: first – with a small amount of feed
(3-10 % of the total), and then the resulting mixture is mixed with the rest of the
feed.
Description:
MADZURIL are conditioned by the result of combination of active ingredients:
maduramicin ammonium and diclazuril.
Maduramicin is an eimeriostatic of the ionophore group. It is active against eimeria
(Eimeria tenella, E. acervulina, E. necatrix, E. mivati, E. maxima, E. brunetti)) at
the stages of sporozoites, trophozoites and schizoids of the first generation. The
mechanism of drug action is to disrupt the transport of Na + and K + monovalent
ions across the parasite cell membrane its subsequent death.
Diclazuril is an eimeriostatic of the ionophore group. It acts against poultry
eimeria(Eimeria acervulina, Е. brunetti, Е. maxima, Е. mitis, Е. necatrix, Е. tenella,
Е. adenoeides, Е. gallopavonis, Е. meleagrimitis і т. ін.), rabbits (Е. flavescens, Е.
intestinalis, Е. magna, Е. perforans, Е. stiedaе, etc.), cattle, sheep, goats and swine,
it disrupts the energy metabolism of endogenous development of eimeria. Asexual
forms of endogenic cycle of coccidia development are the most sensitive to the
drug.
Indications:
Treatment and prevention of coccidiosis caused by various types of eimeria in hens
(broiler chickens, pullets up to 16 weeks old) and in turkeys up to 12 weeks old.
Contra-indications:
Hypersensitivity to maduramicin and diclazuril. Do not administer to laying hens. Do
not prescribe in combination with other anticoccidial drugs. It is forbidden to feed
MADZURIL for 7 days before, during and for 7 days after tiamulin administration
Precautions:
Non-uniform drug mixing with feed, uneven consumption of medicated feed
(hungry, ill animals) as well as excess of recommended drug concentrations in feed
may in certain cases result in decrease in animal productivity and even in presence
of clinical intoxication signs.

Store in original packaging in a dry, dark place out of the reach of children and
animals at 0-30 °C.
