ivermectin 10 mg
Vitamin E 40 mg

of the drug/ Once 1 kg of body weight (400 µg of ivermectin/1 kg of body weight)

Description:

The drug has a strong antiparasitic, insecto-acaricidal, and insecticidal effect on
larvae and imago of nematodes, lice, keds, gamasids, and sarcoptes scabies (incl.
red mites). Mode of action: ivermectin affects the magnitude of the chlorine ion
flow passing through neural and muscle cells of a parasite. The main target of the
drug are glutamate-sensitive chlorine canals, as well as gamma-aminobutyric acid
receptors. By changing the course of the chloride ions flow, the drug disrupts the
nerve impulse conduction, thus causing paralysis and subsequent death of parasitic
agents
